This website is powered by Jumbow , a Software-as-a-Service platform provided by Camdew Ventures Private Limited. ("OPERATOR") which has an agreement with SERVICE PROVIDER to give access to the SERVICE to select members, affiliates, and others ("MEMBERS"). The OPERATOR represents itself on this site via logo, branding, images, and data. The website is managed by Jumbow - Micro Community App

The conditions under which you may access and utilize the SERVICE are set forth in this agreement. You must read and agree to all of the terms and conditions in this agreement as well as the Privacy Policy in order to become a MEMBER of the SERVICE. You may not use or access the SERVICE if you do not agree to be bound by the terms.

By posting revised terms on our website, we reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time and without notice. Your agreement to the updated User Agreement is demonstrated by your continued usage of the SERVICE.

Description of Service

MEMBERS may network personally and professionally with other MEMBERS through SERVICE PROVIDER'S set of tools and services, which is an online networking engine provided to enable them to do so. MEMBERS may contact other MEMBERS on an as-approved basis in search of a job, an expert in a certain subject or topic, an old friend, or a recreational activity partner. MEMBERS only accepted by the OPERATOR may join the SERVICE, which is a closed, private, and trustworthy society.

MEMBERS will have the ability to search and communicate using other SERVICES offered by SERVICE PROVIDER on an as-approved basis, subject to both the OPERATOR's and individual MEMBER's permission. Without the permission and agreement of both the OPERATOR and individual MEMBERS, no information will be provided outside of the current SERVICE.

Membership Eligibility

Only one active account per member is allowed. MEMBERS are also not allowed to sell, trade, or give away your SERVICE account to another person. Furthermore, the OPERATOR has the option of establishing a minimum age requirement for using and accessing the SERVICE. You may not use the SERVICE if you do not qualify (as determined by the OPERATOR).

Use of Service

These Terms of Use govern your use of the SERVICE. Any MEMBER may be refused service by the SERVICE PROVIDER or OPERATOR without notice.

You are totally responsible for all activities that take place under your password or account with or without your knowledge, and you must keep the confidentiality of your password and account. Your account privileges may be temporarily or permanently suspended if you knowingly share your login and password information with another person. If anybody uses your password or account without your permission, you agree to notify OPERATOR right away. Any loss or damage caused by your failure to comply with this section will be the responsibility of neither the SERVICE PROVIDER nor OPERATOR.

Termination

SERVICE PROVIDER or OPERATOR has the right to terminate your SERVICE account and access to the SERVICE without notice, for any reason or no reason. The following will result in a member's use of the SERVICE being stopped by SERVICER or OPERATOR, without prejudice to the foregoing:

  1. failures to observe this User Agreement or other operating agreements or guidelines;
  2. law enforcement or governmental entities that have made a request.
  3. a deletion request from you (automated account deletions),
  4. unforeseen technical difficulties or issues
  5. long periods of inactive behaviour.

Your SERVICE account will be terminated if,

  1. the removal of all offerings from within the SERVICE
  2. the deletion of all information, files, and content linked with or inside your account (or any part thereof).
  3. prohibiting further use of the SERVICE.

You further acknowledge that SERVICE PROVIDER and OPERATOR shall be held harmless from you or any third-party for any termination of your account or access to the SERVICE, as SERVICE PROVIDER'S discretion.

Member Conduct

You acknowledge and agree not to utilize the SERVICE for the following purposes:

  • Posting or starting discussions that are unlawful, libellous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, unethical, or otherwise objectionable is prohibited.
  • Any unlawful activity, including but not limited to planning to break the law, is prohibited by the SERVICE.
  • Falsely claim, impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent your identity or connections with a person or organization, both past and present.
  • Any material or initiate communications that include information you do not have the right to disclose or make available under any law, contract, or fiduciary relationship (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential knowledge acquired or disclosed as part of employment contracts or nondisclosure agreements) is prohibited.
  • Do any of the following: upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that infringes on patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
  • Other MEMBERS' personal data, such as information about another MEMBER'S work experience, educational background, personal information, address, interests, skills, or reputation information or metadata such as the number or identity of contacts in another MEMBER'S network may be collected, stored or transferred.
  • Unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other kind of solicitation may not be uploaded, posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available.
  • Any material that contains software viruses or other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment is prohibited.
  • People may be stalked or harassed.
  • In order to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted via the SERVICE, use forged headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the SERVICE, servers, or networks linked to the SERVICE, or violating any requirements, procedures, policies, or restrictions of those networks is prohibited.
  • We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By agreeing to these terms of service you concur to agree to the following terms:
    • Members of the community will have options to flag objectionable content and the admin or the moderator has full control and permissions to remove any obscene content from the forum or group or anywhere inside the community app if found inappropriate.
    • Members of the community will have options to flag a user and block the users feeds, which will be monitored by the admin and the moderators of the community app. Users sharing objectionable content shall be blocked from the group and shall be restrained from using the app without any notice.
    • Any objectionable content flagged by the automated filters or flagged by the other members shall be acted upon by the admin or by the moderators in less than 24 hours from the time of reporting.
International Use

You agree to comply with all local laws and rules, including but not limited to those governing online behaviour and acceptable material, in recognition of the Internet's global character. In particular, you undertake to obey all legislative requirements related to the transmittal of technical data from any nation where you reside.

Information Provided on this Website

MEMBERS may share information about themselves that is accessible to certain other MEMBERS while using the SERVICE (see our Privacy Policy for further information on what we collect on this website). You are aware that the SERVICE PROVIDER and OPERATOR will not be held liable for any errors or omissions in any information that is publicly posted or privately communicated via the SERVICE. You are aware that data that has not been previously verified and transferred to the SERVICE PROVIDER by the OPERATOR cannot be guaranteed to be genuine. MEMBERS may also provide false information about themselves or their relationships.

Members can also contribute material, as well as third-party content aggregators. You are aware that any mistakes and omissions in the content will not be responsibility of the SERVICE PROVIDER or OPERATOR.

What Information We Collect About You

The information we obtain about you is either data that you provide to us on your own or through using the service or website, or data that the OPERATOR supplies to us on your behalf.

You also agree not to "frame" or impersonate the look and functionality of this website. In addition, you agree not to do anything that inhibits the proper functioning of our systems, such as but not limited to unauthorized access attempts, transmission or activation of computer viruses.

Service Communications

The OPERATOR or SERVICE PROVIDER may have to communicate with you via email while providing you services. You consent to receive emails from the SERVICE that are tailored to your account and necessary for its operation.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We are not required to monitor the SERVICE's activity or content, however we have the legal right to do so. Therefore we cannot guarantee the truth, accuracy, or quality of the content since we do not have the capacity to control or constantly monitor it. While community standards differ, and people frequently choose not to follow our rules and techniques, you may be exposed to material that offend or annoy you when using our site. If you discover material that is offensive, you may contact the OPERATOR to inform them. We may look into any accusations or breaches of our rules that are brought to our attention, and we may take whatever steps we believe are needed, such as issuing warnings, removing content, or terminating accounts and/or subscriptions. If required by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce this Terms of Use, or protect the rights, property, or safety of SERVICE PROVIDER, its users, and the public, you understand and agree that SERVICE PROVIDER and OPERATOR may disclose information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND OPERATOR DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROMPT OR PROPER DELIVERY OF ANY MEMBER INFORMATION OR COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN MEMBERS, AND THAT YOU ARE RELYING ON THEM ONLY FOR THIS.THE ACCURACY OR PRESENCE OF ANY COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN MEMBERS IS NOT GUARANTEED BY SERVICE PROVIDER OR OPERATOR. ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED BY SERVICE PROVIDER AND OPERATOR.

THERE IS NO WARRANTY GIVEN BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER OR OPERATOR.

  1. YOUR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE MET,
  2. THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SAFE, AND ERROR-FREE.
  3. THE SERVICE WILL PROVIDE RELIABLE AND ACCURATE RESULTS,
  4. YOU MAY EXPECT THAT THE QUALITY OF ANY GOODS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL YOU PURCHASE OR OBTAIN THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE SATISFACTORY.
  5. THE SOFTWARE'S ERRORS WILL BE FIXED.

YOU WILL BE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL, AND YOU SHALL NOT USE THE SERVICE FOR THE PURPOSE OF DOWNLOADING OR OBTAINING ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

NO WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS USER AGREEMENT, INCLUDING NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM SERVICE PROVIDER, OPERATOR, OR THROUGH THE SERVICE.

THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW IT. AS A RESULT, YOU MAY NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENFORCE SOME OF THE BELOW LIMITATIONS.

Entire Agreement

In superseding any prior agreements, whether written or oral, between you, the SERVICE PROVIDER, and OPERATOR, the Terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and the SERVICE PROVIDER and governs your use of the SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability

YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND/OR OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND/OR OPERATOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). THE EXCLUSION OF THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS NOT PERMITTED IN SOME JURISDICTIONS. AS A RESULT, YOU MAY NOT BE SUBJECT TO SOME OF THE SURFACE LIMITATIONS.

SERVICE PROVIDER owns the rights to CAMDEW, Jumbow, and other SERVICE logos and names. Without SERVICE PROVIDER'S prior written approval, you agree not to display or use these trademarks in any way.
